FAQ
Will I receive feedback on my coaching recordings?
Yes. You’ll receive both written and verbal feedback on submitted recordings, with time to reflect and discuss insights during mentor coaching sessions.
What if I struggle to find people to coach?
That’s exactly why The Practice Studio is built into the program. You’ll have guaranteed opportunities to coach and receive recordings during the cohort.
Is this aligned with ICF requirements?
Yes. This is a mentor coaching experience grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and designed to support credentialed coaches.
Is this evaluative or pass/fail?
No. This is a coach-approach mentor coaching experience, not an assessment. The focus is development, awareness, and growth — not grading.
Do I have to attend the Practice Studio Labs?
They are optional but highly encouraged, as they are a core part of the learning and practice experience and ways to continue working with and supporting your cohort members.
Is this right for newer or experienced coaches?
Both. This program is designed to enable coaches at different stages to deepen their understanding of the competencies and refine their coaching presence. Whether earning your ACC for the first time, renewing, or striving for PCC, this program will meet you where you are and help you achieve your vision of coaching mastery.
Why should I choose a certified mentor coach?
Choosing a certified mentor coach ensures your mentor coaching is ICF-aligned, audit-ready, and focused on the specific competency shifts required for credential advancement — not just general coaching improvement.

About your Mentor Coach
Kelli Hendrickson, ScD, PCC, CMC
Dr. Kelli Hendrickson, ScD, PCC, is a Certified Mentor Coach and founder of Pathmakers Coaching. She supports coaches in building real, confident competency — not just understanding the ICF Core Competencies intellectually, but bringing them fully to life in coaching conversations.
Kelli is known for creating mentor coaching experiences that are engaging, practical, and grounded in how adults actually learn. Her sessions often include improv-based coaching, reflective exercises, and skill-building practices that help coaches experiment, stretch, and integrate new ways of partnering with clients. While her approach is grounded in evidence-based learning and ICF standards, it never feels rigid or academic — coaches often describe the experience as energizing, safe, and surprisingly fun.
At the heart of Kelli’s work is the belief that coaches grow best when they feel supported, challenged, and fully themselves. She creates spaces where coaches can take risks, learn from real experiences, and build skills that feel natural, sustainable, and aligned with who they are as coaches.
